Do you ever get to the end of the week and wish you had more time off than just two days? 

You're not alone if you do. Most people would opt for a 3 or 4 day weekend every other week if they could. We live in a highly demanding, fast paced society and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day for all the things we think we need to get done.  

Restful sleep is one of the most important things you can give yourself every single night. For some people sleep comes easy, for others their body and mind has other ideas. 

Great food and healthy habits also support a healthy body and mind but sometimes our bodies need more than we can give them in one day. 

Here are some tips for some extra self care that might be more supportive for you body throughout the week than you first think. 

Magnesium Self Care Routine

1. Use a magnesium body wash to gently exfoliate improve circulation and skin smoothness.  Skin exfoliation has many benefits, including stimulation of lymphatic drainage for internal cleansing and stimulation of oxygen-rich blood to feed and nourish the skin's surface. The former is a form of skin detoxification, working to remove toxins and other unhealthy debris. The latter boosts cellular health to reveal radiant skin. Additional magnesium helps support & this process. 

2. Massaging in magnesium night cream can help your skin repair and your body relax and rejuvenate. Rubbing the soles of your feet with magnesium cream & on other body parts not only feels great but releases tension held in the body whilst providing additional magnesium and trace minerals to your body to promote a restful nights sleep. 

 3. Spraying magnesium sports spray once a day to areas of your body where you may feel a bit stiff may improve your daily mobility. Improved mobility helps you feel more energised as you move throughout your day. 

4. Pour 1/4 of Liquid magnesium into a nice warm bath and soak your day away. Taking time even if it's 15 minutes of soaking in the tub just with yourself is so important for the calming of your mind and body. The additional magnesium will help your body relax in the bath more deeply.
