How to use
- This size is best used in a bath or foot soak — just pour 1/2 cup into warm water.
- 4 drops of Karma Rub will cover a foot, the lower half of your back, or both hands. Smear onto skin and let it soak in.
- For body massage: mix a teaspoon of Karma Rub with a tablespoon of body butter and massage to your heart's content.
- Rub 4 drops of Karma Rub on the soles of your feet and lower back 10 minutes before bed for deep relaxation before sleeping.
- Use 2 drops of Karma Rub smeared onto temples and neck to help relieve tension.
- After 10 minutes, wipe skin with a damp cloth if a fine layer of salt is visible — at this point the magnesium will have already been absorbed into the desired area.
- Use Karma Rub daily and as often as desired.
